In that five minutes your Mind would have gone to your daughter, to find out what is she doing?
It would have gone to where my wife is, what is she trying to do?
It would have gone to so many of your cases that you are looking after?
See, that is how a human Mind is.
Don’t call the Mind is like a monkey.
The monkey exactly knows My son, if he leaves this branch, it is going to hold the next branch, but your Mind does not know where is it going to have the fall or the rise.
This is the human Mind.
Your Mind is controlled by your five (5) senses, My son.
The sense of Sight.
The sense of Hearing.
The sense of Smell.
The sense of Taste and Speech, and
The sense of Touch.
These five (5) senses control your Mind.
You don’t understand, because your body functions with these five (5) senses and your body reacts with your hands and feet and also through the senses.
So, there is an intake by the senses and an output also by the senses.
This must be understood.
That is why it is said that there is the Divine, nobody knows.
Every religion is just pretending there is a Divine.
None of them have a proof there is a Divine, because you can’t know who is the Divine because He is a Creator of the Universe.
After all your Earth is only a tiny micro-dot in the Universe.

You mean, you are micro-dot and you want to see the macro?

So, religions just shows you a path, to be good, to control human beings goodness; otherwise human beings are full of bad thoughts; bad deeds, My son.

You should always destroy your ‘I’.

Yes, they can de-materialize and materialize, My son.

She gave all parts of Herself to form your Physical-Form, the body, then She delivered you, then She converted Her blood into milk, and She fed you.
Then, She gave you all the helping hand with food, and brought you up.
So, you understand.
So, this body, you must look after, and it has to stay in good health, until the last breath you take and when your Soul tells you, ‘Now, I am leaving’.
When it leaves, now, your body disintegrates, or if you burn it, it will all go into the five (5) elements, ‘Earth, Fire, Water, Air and Space’.
Then, if it has happened to Me, if My Soul goes, this ‘G’s’ Soul goes, ‘G’s’ body disintegrates into the five (5) elements.
That is the end.
It will never come back in the same form anymore.
Even, His wife can cry, His children can cry, it will never come back.
And even if He comes back not in this Physical-Form is only once.
So, the Form you have, look after it very carefully.
You asked, what is good for my health?
You have to look after your health.
